Preoperative skin marking is a useful tool to increase patient’s safety and to avoid WSS.
Our Skin Marker Kits provide a painless and cost-effective option to mark surgical incision/anatomical sites on patient's skin prior to surgical procedures to promote correct site surgery.
They provide good viability after disinfection, ensure sterility of the operation field, are non-sensitizing, non-pyrogenic, hypo-allergenic, non-toxic and antimicrobial. They come in a sterile pack, with a paper ruler to measure the length of the incision.
Our Skin Markers are superior to normal markers as they contains FDA approved Gentian Violet ink in alcohol solution
- Gentian Violet ink is non-toxic, medical grade ink with anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties
- Has optimum mark performance (visible after skin persomance, but non-permanent after procedure)
