BD U-100 Insulin Syringes with Ultra-Fine Needle by Becton Dickinson are specifically designed for low dosage injections of insulin for diabetes. The BD SafetyGlide 6mm insulin syringe is designed to help prevent inadvertent needlestick injury during injections. BD Insulin Syringe is single-use, sterile, non-toxic, plastic syringe. It comes with a latex-free rubber stopper with a flat plunger tip (no dead space) for correct insulin dosing.
BD Insulin Syringes with BD Ultra-Fine Needle is the latest injection technique that reduces the risk of a painful injection into the muscle. It is as effective as longer needles. 4, 5 and 6 mm needles may be used by any adult patient including obese ones.
