- Product Description: It stretches the neck to reduce pressure on the spine by pulling or separating the vertebrae. Attach head and neck to a harness. This harness is connected to a rope that’s part of a weighted pulley system that goes over available support. This can be done while seating, leaning back, or lying down. The kit consists of a spreader bar with hook, pully set, head holder, and cord 3 meters.
