3M Tegaderm Transparent Film Dressing, Frame Style, is a sterile, vapour permeable transparent film dressing. 3M Tegaderm Transparent Film Dressings can be used to cover and protect catheter sites, and secure devices to the skin. Tegaderm dressings can be used to protect I.V. sites, enhance wound healing, prevent skin breakdown, and protect clean, closed surgical incisions. Tegaderm dressings are available in many sizes, shapes and application styles to meet a wide variety of needs.
- The 3M Tegaderm IV Transparent Film Dressing with Border is a sterile, waterproof, breathable and transparent IV dressing meant for the protection of IV catheter sites and wounds
- The dressings act as a barrier that protects against external contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, blood and other bodily fluids
- The dressing maintain a moist environment around the wound to facilitate the healing process
- The dressing is flexible for greater patient comfort
- The transparent dressing enables complete visibility of the IV site
- The dressings are reinforced with two sterile tape strips to secure fixation of the IV device

- 5cm * 5.7cm for peripheral IV applications in paediatric patients
- 8.5cm * 7cm for peripheral IV applications in adult patients
- 8.5cm * 10.5cm dressings for central venous IV therapy
