The BD Syringe is a precision drug delivery device that is available with and without an attached needle. Syringes are available with a BD Luer-Lok tip, luer slip tip or eccentric luer slip tip can be fitted with either a conventional needle or safety needle.
- BD Luer Lock syringes have a secure syringe connection
- They reduce syringe reflux and thereby cannula occlusion
- They enable the minimisation of dosage fluctuations in syringe pumps
- They help in the prevention of spillage of medication and blood sample
- These are available in needle size of 23 gauge and in the needle lengths of 1 & 1.25 inch
