BD pen needles are sterile, single-use devices used with pen injectors designed for insulin administration in the treatment of diabetes. They are compatible with leading medication pens. It comes with TBL technology. The Thin wall allows better drug flow, the Tri-bevel tip allows easy penetration into skin, Micro-bonded Lubrication allows smooth penetration. Recommended needle length is 4mm for pen needles, as per the latest insulin injection techniques recommendation.

According to new insulin delivery recommendations, the shortest needles 4-mm pen needles and 6-mm syringe needles should be the first line of choice in all patient categories. Unless otherwise recommended by your healthcare provider.
